Heisman Trophy Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

The 2023 college football season is officially coming to a close, but it’s never too early to start looking toward next season.

The 2024-25 college football season is still several months away from kicking off, but there is still plenty of intrigue about what the upcoming college football season holds, including the Heisman Trophy race.

Last week, DK Sportsbook released some very early odds to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy, and it’s led by a few familiar faces with Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers, Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe, and Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck all tied at the top of the list at +750 odds with all three expected to return to college football for another season.

Here’s a full list of the odds, via On3.

  • Quinn Ewers +750
  • Jalen Milroe +750
  • Carson Beck +750
  • Dillon Gabriel +1000
  • J.J. McCarthy +1800

The list of potential Heisman Trophy candidates generated a lot of buzz in the college football world.

Obviously, a lot can change in the college football landscape before the start of the 2024 season, but this gives a good idea of who some of the sport’s biggest stars are expected to be next season.
