Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill is under fire after an explosive report from Tisha Thompson and Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.

Ron Minegar, an executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Cardinals, reportedly carried a hand-written letter in his jacket knowing one day he would have to give it to Bidwill.

“Your negativity sucks the life out of the entire process and erodes our collective resolve to work our ***** off for you and this franchise,” Minegar wrote. “It’s not just me — everyone in this building is impacted by your constant negativity.”

Terry McDonough, the former vice president of player personnel, filed an arbitration complaint against the team in April that accused the team and owner of “gross misconduct, including discrimination and harassment, among other allegations,” according to the ESPN Report.

The Cardinals have denied McDonough’s allegations. But he alleges that he was aware of “two separate instances in which Bidwill reduced to tears two pregnant employees” and that he berated a Black employee in a “racially charged manner.”

The three people named in those incidents didn’t return a request to comment by ESPN.

Bidwell took over as owner of the Cardinals after his father passed away in 2019.

The NFL world was quick to react to the horrible news:
