Kid Rock Kid Rock arrives for the the final Presidential Debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020, at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn. Nas Debate

Earlier this year, former rock star Kid Rock went viral for his anti-Bud Light video where he shot several cases of Bud Light with an AR-style rifle in response to the tailgate beer brand’s partnership with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney. But it looks like Kid Rock couldn’t keep up the hate.

This weekend, Kid Rock was seen and photographed sipping on a can of Bud Light while attending a Colt Ford concert. This was obviously a pretty surprising scene given the video he posted back in April.

“The former rocker seemed pretty relaxed as he clutched the blue can, taking sips while chatting and laughing with some friends. Unclear if there were other beer options available, but Kid Rock’s choice seems pretty shocking considering how hard he went in on the brand earlier this year,” TMZ wrote over the weekend.

It’s a pretty hypocritical move from Kid Rock after he posted the video pandering to his right-wing supporter base. As a result, the former rocker got absolutely blasted on social media.

It took less than four months for Kid Rock to abandon his position, perhaps making it clear that this was all fake outrage, to begin with.
