Considering that the brand bears his name, it’s not surprising that Michael Jordan gets some pretty nice kicks. Over the weekend, MJ debuted the never-before-seen Air Jordan XX9 Low in two colorways at his Flight School basketball camp – a clean white sneaker with a gum sole and a black colorway with a pattern that fades to white on the upper.
Jordan often gets exclusive sneakers and there’s been no mention of a XX9 Low release up until this point, so it wouldn’t be shocking if these are never released to the general public.
If nothing else, Jordan was able to produce one memorable moment in the white-gum XX9 Low when he upstaged Jimmy Butler by hitting a buzzer-beating jump shot in a shoot around with the 25-year-old.
