A few days ago, Manny Pacquiao released a new music video for a tune that he will use as his walkout song when he enters the ring against Floyd Mayweather on May 2nd.
Manny apparently directed and wrote the song, entitled “Lalaban Ako Para Sa Filipino” or “I Will Fight for the Philippines” and it’s, well, earnest to say the least.
Jimmy Kimmel was so moved by Pacquiao’s song that he decided to perform a short rendition of it, in Tagalog, for Jimmy Kimmel Live. Impressively, he was even “a little bit” understandable according to a person in the crowd who spoke the language.
