Andrew WigginsIt’s campaign season for NBA awards, and while most voters probably aren’t swayed by various promotional items touting individual performances, it still hasn’t stopped teams from getting creative with their sales pitches. The Houston Rockets kept things traditional with a video yearbook of James Harden, promoting his MVP candidacy. Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors sent out their version of an “Easy” button to promote his 6th Man of the Year aspirations.

The Minnesota Timberwolves, in touting Andrew Wiggins for Rookie of the Year, chose the sartorial route, sending blue socks with Wiggins’ likeness to voters. The gesture is probably meaningless given that Wiggins is the odds-on favorite to win the award anyway, but everyone loves a new pair of socks. Even ones with Andre Wiggins on them.
