On Wednesday, Andrew McCutchen unveiled a brand new Cutch to the world.
The hype began to stir earlier in the day, when McCutchen teased fans that he had some big news in store.

Hours later, McCutchen proved that he wasn’t selling the hype short.

If you don’t follow Pirates games, rest assured that this is a dramatic decision.
As for the reason behind the haircut, McCutchen only states that it was time for a change.
McCutchen’s old locks will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to Pirates charities so this is a good thing, even as McCutchen’s old look will be missed by many.
