The Los Angeles Kings came back from an early 3-0 deficit to beat the Blues 6-4 in Los Angeles on Thursday night. The Kings’ final goal came off the stick off Dwight King on a third period power play, and it was scored from center ice.

Yes, center ice.

King was able to beat Blues goalie Martin Brodeur with the help of an absolutely crazy bounce that launched the puck over Brodeur’s shoulder and just under the crossbar. The veteran goaltender, who put off retirement to sign with the Blues a few weeks ago, was absolutely furious over letting in his sixth of the night and he wasn’t afraid to hide it.

My favorite part of the sequence, however, is the red lights immediately hitting Brodeur as soon as he starts to get angry. The timing is so perfect that I almost want to believe the Kings did it just to troll him.
