NHL: Stanley Cup Playoffs-Minnesota Wild at Chicago Blackhawks

Chicago. In what has become the best division in hockey, Chicago remains a perennial contender with one of the best and deepest teams in the league. Their top six is still thoroughly disgusting with guys named Toews, Kane, Sharp, and Hossa. They also managed to add Brad Richards on the cheap this summer, so the offense is there. They’re still strong defensively – maybe second to only St. Louis’ corps –  and solid in net as well, which will come in handy considering all the offensive firepower that can be found across the Central. The Blues and Stars are making a strong push for that throne, though, so the ‘Hawks better be ready. We should be in for a bloodbath.
