This is Under Armour’s design for Notre Dame’s 2014 uniforms but it doesn’t look like they did much retooling of the Fighting Irish’s previous jerseys.
College football uniforms are going bolder and bolder every year so it’s kind of refreshing to see a design that dials it back a bit.
And there’s no better example of a uniform which needs very little improvement than Notre Dame’s simple unis and Under Armour wisely steered clear of trying to reinvent the wheel on adidas’ old designs.
