The Minnesota Twins had an enticing 10-game homestand greeting them after the All-Star break with hopes to climb back into the Wild Card race but instead a 3-7 result likely ended any unexpected postseason chances.

Outfield prospect Oswaldo Arcia is one of many struggling bats in the Twins lineup and has seen his average slip from .302 in early June to a paltry .221 after Sunday’s win against the White Sox.
