UCLA’s Zach LaVine is considered one of the top sleepers in a loaded 2014 NBA Draft, and the 19-year-old guard is expected to be selected in the top-20 picks. NBADraft.Net even has LaVine going ninth overall to the Charlotte Hornets in their latest mock draft.

The main thing to like about LaVine’s game — and the main reason he has one of the highest upsides of anyone in the draft — is without question his crazy athletic ability. The 6’6″ guard even set the Los Angeles Lakers’ draft workout recently with a 46-inch vertical leap.

In the video above featuring footage of LaVine’s pre-draft workouts, you get a nice look at his unbelievable athleticism, and especially his eye-opening leaping ability. LaVine also displays a nice pull-up jumper and solid ball-handling in the video, giving you reason to believe he can be more than just “an athlete” at the next level.

Whatever the case, let’s hope to see the super bouncy LaVine in many future NBA dunk contests.
