Despite EA Sports restricting recorded footage of their games at E3, a few have predictably leaked anyways. The two-minute video above is our first look at actual NHL 15 gameplay and, sadly, it doesn’t look all that much different from EA’s NHL offerings in the past.
Obviously, this is still an early version of the game and there’s still a lot of work left to be done on the game but the biggest differences appear to be in the presentation department – most notably authentic NBC broadcast style and new camera angles.
The final version of the game will likely be improved but – after the awesome gameplay trailer EA rolled out last week – I have to say I’m slightly disappointed by this first look.
