4) Michael Bradley Sucked
I’ll be the first to admit that I didn’t watch much of the qualifying leading up the World Cup. But, all I heard about leading up to this game was how Michael Bradley was supposedly our best player. I sincerely hope he isn’t. Bradley was awful. I don’t have the stats in front of me, but I would love to see how many passes he completed. His only memorable pass — a beautiful through ball to Altidore — was the play that Altidore got injured on.
Bradley was supposed to be the one controlling the ball and creating opportunities for the U.S. Instead, the U.S. got destroyed in the midfield and Bradley sucked so hard.
