LeBron James became the second 60-point scorer in the NBA this season, putting up 61 points against the Charlotte Bobcats Monday night. LeBron’s total fell one point shy of Carmelo Anthony’s 62-burger in Madison Square Garden earlier this season, which also came against the Bobcats. He also tallied seven rebounds and five assists in Miami’s 124-107 win, which pushed their record to 43-14.
Meanwhile, on the other side, Al Jefferson had himself quite a game as well, putting up 38 points and 19 rebounds in the losing effort.
UPDATE: Here’s video of all 61 points.
