While most soccer fans were focused on the United States clinching its seventh straight World Cup appearance with their 2-0 victory over Mexico, Panamanian soccer player Gabriel Torres scored a tremendous score. Torres helped keep Panama’s World Cup hopes alive with this glorious goal. Torres tied the game against Honduras at one a piece with this flying no-look lofting goal. Torres scored again to tie the game, 2-2 in the first minute of added time to put Panama in the fourth-place/playoff spot in the group ahead of Mexico.
