Kevin Durant combined a good amount of skill with a little bit of luck to finish one of the prettier plays of the NBA season during Thursday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Durant had the ball at the top of the key where he showed off some of his handles by crossing up a defender, driving to the hoop and tossing up a prayer. The prayer was answered as the ball hit the top of the backboard, bounced twice, and somehow landed in the hoop for an and-one.

Durant’s heroics weren’t enough as the Timberwolves won the game 99-93, and in doing so they ended the Thunder’s 12-game winning streak.
