After the first round of the Masters on Thursday, LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau found himself at the top of the leaderboard, but one competitor is questioning his ability to stay there because of the format that he’s been used to playing with LIV.

Masters rookie Wyndham Clark found himself eight shots back of Bryson DeChambeau at the end of Thursday’s action, but he didn’t sound all that concerned about his ability to come back and overtake DeChambeau, pointing out that the LIV Golf stars are used to playing 54-hole tournaments, and the Masters is 72 holes.

“We’ve got 54 holes. In LIV Golf they only play 54,” Clark said according to the Associated Press. “We’ve got a lot of golf left. As you can see, someone shot 7 under. I could do that tomorrow.”

Obviously, this is a pretty clear shot at LIV Golf from Clark, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

The LIV Golf players may be used to playing fewer holes, but that didn’t seem to hold them back last year as three LIV players finished in the top five of the final standings. We’ll have to see how the LIV Golf stars fare this year.
