Well, that didn’t take long.
After a fairly disastrous outing against the Houston Texans, which included a J.J. Watt pick-6 of all things, the Buffalo Bills have decided to bench E.J. Manuel for perennial solid backup/borderline starter Kyle Orton.

Couch Doug Marrone went with the “It’s not you, it’s me” defense for making the move.

The Bills are 2-2 but with new ownership coming soon, it’s not that surprising that Marrone may be looking to win now with a more polished product like Orton than with a project like Manuel.
If nothing else, this gif needs an update, so the move will hopefully provide an opportunity for a new one.
