An old man in the Wrigley Field bleachers prevented a Mark Reynolds home run from landing on Waveland Avenue with a fantastic catch on Monday night.  The effort was something you would expect out of a MLB outfielder, and especially not what you would expect to see from an elderly man in the top row of the bleachers.  It is hard to argue with the fact that this is definitely the play of the month (and possibly season) so far for the Cubbies.

I have no clue how he snagged the ball without falling down. Rumor has it that the man then switched out the ball for a different one before throwing it back per the friendly confines’ rules.
