The Sochi Games are Teemu Selanne’s sixth Olympics, which means that those 43-year old Finnish eyes have seen quite a bit of international hockey. With that being said, Selanne was quite displeased with what he witnessed during the first period of Sunday’s preliminary matchup against Canada, when Sidney Crosby went down quite easily after receiving contact from a Finnish player.
Did Crosby dive? Selanne seemed to think so, and he made sure Sid heard about it. Crosby disagreed, and he made sure Teemu knew by using some very bad words.
