After QB, RB and WR workouts today at the 2013 NFL Combine, there are several notes to stick away as we look to answer the question: What players have the full package in terms of objective numbers?  In the end, Marquise Goodwin WR (Texas) blew away onlookers as he posted a final forty time of 4.27 (beat out versatile speedster Tavon Austin 4.34) to earn what most likely will be the fastest forty time of 2013.
