None of this is fully confirmed, but it is extremely close. The massive Powerball jackpot had two winners and it looks like a surveillance camera has captured footage of the exact moment that the gentleman realized he had won. I have watched this maybe 5 times already, and each time I get goosebumps. ABC 7 gives more detail in the video below.
