The most expensive photo sold was during a recent Christie’s auction with a total purchase price of $3.89 million. The most of expensive photo is Cindy Sherman‘s “Unititled #96” from 1981 and sold for $3.89 million. According to ArtInfo, the buyer was New York dealer Philippe Segalot. Christie’s Auction House took to Twitter to confirm the photo sold for a record price.
