Tom Brady obviously became a sports legend for what he accomplished in the NFL, winning seven Super Bowl championships throughout his storied career in the league. But before he made his name in the professional ranks, he played his college football with the Michigan Wolverines. And it looks like he’s teaming up with his alma mater a bit.
This week, Brady Brand – the apparel company owned and founded by Tom Brady – announced a Michigan apparel collection with the M Den. The collection includes hats, shirts, and sweats as well as some limited edition t-shirts that pay homage to Brady’s time with the Wolverines.
To help promote the new line, Brady has turned to current Michigan starting quarterback J.J. McCarthy, who has signed an NIL endorsement deal with the brand. In a video published Thursday morning, McCarthy promoted the brand while sharing what Brady’s legacy means to him.

“Defying the odds, he proved it to everyone,” McCarthy said. “Even if you aren’t the biggest, fastest, strongest. You can be one of the best. … What greatness means to me is being the absolute best version of yourself so you can inspire others to be the best version of themself. If everyone strives to be the best they can be, the world is going to be a better place. That’s greatness to me.”
