Mark Ingram has offered the highest praise possible to New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, calling him the greatest quarterback of all time.
Ingram spoke to Mike Triplett of ESPN.com, where saying Brees’ ability to amplify the offense despite a number undrafted players make him the GOAT. Fellow RB Alvin Kamara also offered high praise.
Ingram and Kamara at their best when asked about Drew Brees throwing 4 TDs to 4 undrafted guys. Ingram: "We've been telling you this, he's the GOAT man…" Kamara: "Undrafted, drafted it don't matter. If somebody found you on Poydras and you put a uniform on him it don't matter."

It’s easy to interpret Ingram’s comments as homer-ism, but even though he’s Brees’ teammate, he’s got a point.
At 39, Brees has led the Saints to tied for first in the NFL with ten wins, and if you were betting with sugarhouse you could have made some nice money! Brees is leading the most productive offense in the league. Brees holds the record for passing yards, completions and most consecutive games with a touchdown pass. It doesn’t matter who suits up alongside him; he’s getting points. In New Orleans Thanksgiving win over the Falcons, Brees passed for four touchdowns to undrafted receivers. That’s amazing.
Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, and others might have cases for the GOAT, but there’s no denying Brees is one of the best to suit up behind center. He’s gotten better with age which makes him even scarier. He’s a beast.
