The Sacramento Kings were getting absolutely pumped by the Utah Jazz on Thursday night, so they did the thing they thought was best: Censor the score.

In a hilarious tweet from the Kings Twitter account, Sacramento censored the score after the team went down by a ridiculous 45-10 number in the second quarter against the Jazz.

Sacramento would eventually fall to Utah by nearly 40 points, 132-93. But, the Kings played much better basketball in the second half getting outscored only 61-58. The tweet helps lessen the blow. Losing by 35 points just 15 minutes into a game, even by preseason standards, is embarrassing. It’s good to see the Kings social team have some fun with it, despite the lopsided score.

The Kings are one of the worst teams in the West. They might legitimately lose 60 games in a tough conference. So, expect the censorship graphic to come out during the regular season. It’s a funny and good way to cheer up fans who have to watch Sacramento get blown out.
