Nick Kyrgios isn’t afraid to be flamboyant on the court in the generally safe game of tennis, a quality on full display at the Queen’s Club Championship.

The Australian tennis star faced off against Great Britain’s Kyle Edmund, where the 23-year-old hot-dogged his way to a 7-6(3), 6-7(5), 6-3. Kyrgious wasn’t afraid to completely disrespect Edmund with multiple between the leg shots for points.

The crazy thing is how Kyrgios pulled off the trick shots successfully. He made Edmund look foolish but I mean, who could stop a ball being lobbed over your head like that regardless of how it got there.

Kyrgios knows what he’s doing and loves playing up the crowd. It’s hard to hate on him for doing so, even if Edmund probably doesn’t feel the same way. Tennis is much better with a cocky player trying to spice things up.
