In the 21st century, the iPhone is synonymous with the word cell phone. Each time Apple debuts a new product, the world stops and wants to know what is being put out. Bit by bit, info is starting to leak out about the soon to be released iPhone 8 and the changes could be revolutionary for the modern cell phone.

Tech company, RAVpower, according to Mashable, has developed a new product that will allow the newest iPhone to be charged on a wireless charging pad. It helps that the general manager of the company, Allen Fung, has decided to speak about the new changes to the phone.

Our sources tell us the next iPhones have special technology for wireless charging that we have in this charger. Our wireless charger will wirelessly charge the next iPhones at full speed, as well as being able to charge other mobile devices wirelessly.

And while that all sounds well and good, it is going to come with a monstrous price tag. At least according to the New York Times.

Chief among the changes for the new iPhones: refreshed versions, including a premium model priced at around $999, according to people briefed on the product, who asked to remain anonymous because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

That is a lot of cheddar for a phone but by the same token, this technology may very well be worth it. Regardless, it looks like Apple will have another winner on its hands and their reign as cell phone king will continue.
