fournette

Leonard Fournette was finally able to auction off his game worn  jersey to aid those affected by the floods in South Carolina that forced the USC vs. LSU game to be moved Columbia to Baton Rouge. As soon as the game was over, Fournette  announced he wanted to auction his jersey off for charity, but initially, the NCAA said no (shocker). After some consideration and probably some outside pressure, the NCAA allowed Fournette to auction it off.

According to Darren Rovell, Fournette’s jersey was sold at auction for a whopping $101,000. Not only is the money going to a great cause, it also is telling to how good Leonard Fournette is. Fournette is the only true front runner in the Heisman race this year as he is putting up historic numbers.
