With the Padres enjoying the MLB playoffs from home, outfielder Matt Kemp has had the time to finally offload his sleek Paradise Valley, Arizona house for $3.135 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Kemp had to lower his asking price by $365,000 since the home was put on the market in May. Still, Kemp will walk away with a profit considering that he bought the house for $2.05 million in 2010.

As for the estate itself, Kemp’s old home comes with four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a movie theater with stadium seating, a game room that has its own wet bar, two swimming pools and an outdoor kitchen/bar setup.

Last season, in his first with San Diego, Kemp produced 23 home runs and 100 RBIs on a .265 batting average. He was the first Padre to hit 100 RBIs in a season in 17 years. Over the course of his career, he has won two Silver Slugger Awards and two Gold Glove Awards.
