One of their young arms, Noah Syndergaard reached into Yuniel Escobar’s body and literally stole his baseball soul with a brutal pitch. According to Washington Post writer James Wagner, he aggravated a left wrist injury on the swing but remained in the game for one more pitch before leaving.
