Dale Hansen continues to make his rounds. The WFAA8 sports anchor conducts a segment called “Unplugged”, in which he addresses an issue, typically one that is controversial or involves real emotions, and proceeds to deliver a well-formulated argument or plea to the viewing audience.

He has spoken on the hypocrisy surrounding Michael Sam, racist students at a Texas high school basketball game along with many other topics, including his feelings on the signing of Greg Hardy by the Dallas Cowboys this week. Hardy was given a one-year, $11 million deal just months after spending almost the entire 2014 season on the commissioner’s exempt list for beating his ex-girlfriend and threatening to kill her.

Hardy’s NFL future was very much up-in-the-air following the incident and heading into the offseason, with many expecting that potential suitors would stay away from the highly criticized former Panthers defensive end. Instead, Hardy was given a massive one-year deal and Dale Hansen thinks it is a load of crap.
