I am not an official member of the NCAA committee, but I am fairly certain that this elbow to the face of Villanova guard Ryan Arcidiacono was intentional and will be frowned upon. The people’s elbow was delivered by Seton Hall guard Sterling Gibbs and it was about as brutal as it looks. He was assessed a flagrant 2 and was ejected from the game that Villanova would win by a score of 80-54.

I actually started to somehow feel bad for Sterling after I read his apology on Twitter… But then I didn’t.
