In order to sell some soda, Pepsi decided to have Nick Mangold terrify people who actually wanted to buy their product. The Jets center hid inside a convenience store refrigerator and scared unsuspecting customers who opened the fridge door to buy a Pepsi.

The reactions range from the believably authentic (I would also scream if I opened a fridge and was immediately met with a giant man’s behind) to the slightly stilted (the guy who readily responds to Mangold yelling “shotgun” is a little too smooth in how he recovers) but the best part may be the most staged. I’m not sure if you want anyone hiking a soda at a moving car, but if you want to try that particular stunt out, please employ the expert help of Nick Mangold to handle it.
