According to Darren Rovell, Phil Mickelson is selling his Rancho Santa Fe, California house. As is to be expected when talking about Phil Mickelson, the house won’t come cheap.
For one, it’s big. The home is a whopping 9,100 square feet and the property is 4.55 acres large in total. It even comes with its own putting green because when you golf for a living, you have your own damn putting green.
So, the house is expensive as hell. The good news is if you have $6 million to throw around, you can buy Phil’s house and have $10,000 leftover for putting green landscaping.
