It’s never easy when it comes to the San Francisco Giants. After scoring four runs in the first inning of Game 3 of the NLCS against the St. Louis Cardinals, things weren’t looking good for the men in black and orange. The Cardinals answered by scoring four runs of their own and forcing extra innings.

How did the Giants respond? With a walk-off bunt by Gregor Blanco (and the help of an error by the Cardinals’ Randy Choate). Hits? Who needs hits when you can count on sacrifice bunts to score game-winning runs?

Seriously, whenever there’s a fluky series-altering play in a postseason, it seems like the Giants are involved.

Game 4 will be played tomorrow and will be shown on FOX Sports 1. The Giants are now up 2-1 in the NLCS.
