Luis Suarez was recently in Saudi Arabia and got a cab ride from a man who has no issues taking selfies of famous footballers. It is hard to tell if the cabbie asked for permission from Luis, but it is very clear that Luis was not fully on board with the picture. *INSERT BITING JOKE HERE*
