After a tough outing in Game 1, Clayton Kershaw dominated most of the Cardinals lineup through the first six innings of Tuesday’s critical Game 4 of the ALDS in St. Louis. That kind of thing tends to happen when you throw pitches like this:

However, the Dodger lefty’s dominance started to slowly fade. Then, in the seventh inning, on Kershaw’s 102nd pitch of the night, Matt Adams did this:

The blast put a three-spot on the board for the Cards, enough to end Kershaw’s night and give St. Louis a lead heading into the last few innings with a chance to win the series. Adams was understandably pumped:
