Jay Bilas has never been shy with his criticism of the NCAA’s ability to govern hundreds of institutions and thousands of student-athletes through restricting policies and inconsistent regulation.
The former Duke player and current ESPN men’s college basketball analyst routinely hurls witty jabs and not-so-subtle remarks toward Mark Emmert and the NCAA.
