The ice bucket challenge has gotten to the point where it’s more surprising to learn that someone hasn’t done it. When Roger Goodell of all people is dumping ice water on himself to help raise awareness for fighting ALS, you know something has become ubiquitous.

The Commissioner of the NFL challenged Pete Carroll to do the ice bucket challenge and Carroll used a press conference as an opportunity to take the challenge with all of his trademark optimism and can-do energy. There was even a Russell Wilson cameo!

Of course, Carroll challenged Jim Harbaugh, Bruce Arians and Jeff Fisher to dump ice water on their heads because trolling your rivals for a good cause is a win-win situation that no one should ever pass up.
