Boston Red Sox third baseman Will Middlebrooks appears to have popped the question to his girlfriend of over a year, former NESN sideline reporter Jenny Dell, on Monday night. Dell hinted at the news with this post on Twitter:

Then she confirmed with this iced-out Instagram upload:
Dell was reassigned to a less prominent anchor/reporter role at NESN this winter after she and Middlebrooks went public with their relationship, then left the network in late May. She quickly signed on with CBS Sports, where she’ll serve as an NFL sideline reporter for the upcoming season.
