While Game of Thrones fans are eagerly waiting (and wating, and waiting) for George R.R. Martin to finish up writing the sixth installment of his A Song of Ice and Fire saga, the author who has gleefully slaughtered all your favorite characters has taken some time to set up a Twitter account and post one historic first tweet.

Sadly, there were no spoilers or hints of when the next book is dropping.
