The Cubs and Marlins played a weekend series at Wrigley Field this weekend, and during Sunday’s series finale a pretty great scene unfolded on a foul ball. Focus on the grown man in the white button down shirt who failed at an attempt to snag a foul ball. Unfortunately, the elusive ball ended up back on the field and Nate Schierholtz tossed it back in the stands, but to a different fan (a Marlins fan). The Marlins fan saw the distress in the white button down shirt guy’s demeanor and did a very kind thing and actually gave him the foul ball, much to everyones surprise.

It did not end there as the original white button down shirt guy who NOW has the ball took his turn with the kind gestures, he gave the ball to the Marlins’ fans kid. Just watch the video and get ready to smile.
