LSU third baseman Christian Ibarra lost a pop-up in the sun during the third inning of Saturday’s SEC Baseball Championship semifinal game against the Arkansas Razorbacks, and the ball hit Ibarra in the head. Thankfully, Ibarra was okay.
Oh, and the ball bounced straight up in the air, incredibly landing in the glove of LSU shortstop Alex Bregman for an out. As the play-by-play announcer said in the video above, “I don’t know that I’ve ever seen that.”
