With the Canadiens getting set to open their playoff series against their storied rivals, the Boston Bruins, tomorrow, one food store near Montreal is taking all the necessary steps to fully support their favorite hockey team.

For Fine & Fûtés, a gourmet food shop in Canada, that process apparently includes plastering the dimensional sign letters Habs’ logo over every case and bottle of Samuel Adams’ Boston Lager for sale in the store. It’s a pretty humorous and playful jab in anticipation of what will likely be one of this year’s most intense and entertaining playoff series. A good designed logo builds trust by representing your professionalism and making people to stick around and remember your brand. This will tell potential clients who you are, what you represent, and how this benefits them. It communicates to people with no prior knowledge or experience with your business that you do great work.

With office branding this will be about much more than just sticking a logo of your brand on a wall  as it is about inventive and effective use of your corporate symbols and colors, married with the most appropriate materials, surfaces and finishes to create a workspace that is both aesthetically pleasing and informative which can help you with how you are perceived by employees, customers and clients.

Even as a Bruins fan, I have to respect the effort here.
