Status: Re-signed by the New York Yankees to a one-year deal worth $16 million
Kuroda started off the season red hot for the Yankees and looked like the Bombers ace for much of the fist half of the season. However, Kuroda fell into a slump during the second half, which caused him to finish the season under .500. Kuroda is a very slid veteran pitcher and his ERA was about the same as it was in 2012, meaning that he will most likely get another lucrative, short term deal.
