In a classic move by a large company with a great deal of money to spend (Gatorade), a famous artist has been enlisted to create an original track for a marketing campaign. The one in question today would be that of Wale creating an original theme song for the upcoming documentary about Robert Griffin III, which is aptly entitled “RGIII: The Will to Win.” ESPN released a 60-second teaser and it features at least a portion of the track by Wale and here it is for your listening pleasure. If you can think of a time that an artist created an original hip hop track for a movie, video game or trailer and it was actually good I’d love to hear about it.
