After breaking his non-throwing wrist in a loss versus Connecticut last Saturday many thought that QB Teddy Bridgewater’s season would be most likely over. However tonight the true sophomore demonstrated not only his keen touch and accuracy, but his toughness and willingness to win. Bridgewater played absolutely outstanding this Thursday evening in the most adverse of situations, and with his team down 14-3 early in the game he rallied the troops despite his injuries. In the end he completed 20/28 passes, for 268 yards and 2 touchdowns to beat Rutgers for a share of the Big East Title and a most likely BCS bid. Congrats to Teddy for a memorable and admirable performance.
