The NHL has officially decided upon the roster for the 2012 Tim Horton’s NHL All-Star Game. The game will take place on Sunday, January 29th in Ottawa, but only after the player fantasy draft on Thursday January 26th.

Six players were voted in by the fans earlier this month:

Daniel Alfredsson (Ottawa), Jason Spezza (Ottawa), Milan Michalek (Ottawa), Erik Karlsson (Ottawa), Dion Phaneuf (Toronto), Tim Thomas (Boston).

The remaining players announced this morning are as follows:

That completes the list. And there’s no way I can end this without making note of the injustice in the Anze Kopitar snub. Does anyone remember his contributions to the All-Star game last year?
